Privacy Policy
This policy details how AUDO.stream handles artist metadata and personal information in a data-centric world.
Data Controller vs. Data Processor
- manage_accounts
AUDO as Controller
We are the Data Controller for your account details, billing info, and platform usage data.
- engineering
AUDO as Processor
When handling B2B Agency roster data or processing fan interactions via the "Edge Pixel," AUDO acts solely as a Data Processor. The Agency or Artist remains the Controller.
The Edge Pixel & Server-Side Tracking
Operation
Our "Edge Pixel" bypasses browser-based ad-blockers by processing interaction data at the server level and sending it directly to Meta CAPI or TikTok Events API.
Consent Responsibility
Artists and Agencies using the Edge Pixel on their fan-facing pages are solely responsible for obtaining explicit end-user consent via a compliant cookie banner. AUDO provides the technical infrastructure but does not control the purposes of this processing.
Data Retention & The 180-Day Rule
Security & Isolation
We utilize military-grade encryption and decentralized storage to ensure that once an identity is verified, it remains tamper-proof.
Our multi-tenant architecture uses Neon Postgres with RLS to isolate data. This is designed to prevent unauthorized access or cross-tenant data leakage between different artist rosters.
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit via TLS.
Your Rights & Portability
General Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, or object to the processing of your data.
Graph Export
As a core feature of AUDO, you have the right to export your complete, structured entity graph (JSON format) upon request or cancellation, ensuring your identity remains portable.
International Transfers & Children’s Privacy

Data Transfers
We use US-based infrastructure (Cloudflare, Neon, Netlify) and rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for lawful data transfers from the EU.

Children
AUDO is intended for users 13+ (16+ in the EU). Adult representatives (parents/managers) must provide data for any children's music brands.
